Welcome to the wonderful world of Irish dancing with Kristin Butke Irish Dance. Our certified Irish dance teachers give our school diversity and experience in all areas of Irish dance. We share the passion of teaching and are committed to the education and success of every student. Many great teachers influenced our lives and we are excited to pass on our knowledge to our dancers.
Kristin Butke Irish Dance welcomes dancers from 4-year-old beginners to competitive adults. Our three studios in Dulles, Warrenton and Front Royal serve families from around the Northern Virginia region.
Our dancers compete on the national and international stage. We are proud to be the home of: Garet Zagorski: 2022 World Champion, 5-time National Champion, 6-time Regional Champion, and 2-time All-Ireland Champion. Abigail Swearingen: 2021 U.S. National Champion, and 2023 Southern Region Champion, our u13 Mixed 4-Hand 2023 North American Champions, and our u10 Girls Ceili 2022 Southern Region Champions. We send soloists and teams to the Southern Region Oireachtas every year, and many of our dancers and teams grace the podium each year. We perform around the region for St. Patrick’s Day parades and events. And are invited to some of the most popular performance venues in the region including Wolf Trap and the Tally Ho Theatre to perform with some of the top Irish touring groups the world.
